- Transaction Size: $5 million and up.
- Property Types: Industrial facilities such as: Distribution Centers, Warehouses, Dry and Cold Storage, and Manufacturing facilities.
- Holding term: 3-10 years
Broker Cooperation: We cooperate with, protect, and compensate brokers that bring us high quality acquisition opportunities (preference given to “off-market” solicitations)
